**Status: honest beta placeholder — operator to supply the public contact details.**

- **Operator** — through the agreed deployment/handover channel. No public support email or phone
  number is published yet; the operator supplies it at legal review and it will appear here.
- **Security reports** — use the same operator channel and the `/.well-known/security.txt` metadata;
  please include reproduction steps and do not test destructive load or third-party data.
- **Data requests** (access, correction, deletion) — operator channel; see the privacy page.
- **Press** — operator channel only.
- The market itself is not a support desk: contract disputes follow the recorded arbiter process in
  the rules, and the service records rather than adjudicates facts.
