# Legal and trust documents — index (beta)

**Status: draft index — operator/counsel review pending.** The documents linked from this page are
**drafts and beta placeholders**, not approved legal terms. Nothing on this page is legal advice, a
compliance claim or an offer, and no entity, address, VAT number, price or policy is decided yet.

## Drafts that are not published as pages yet

These are prepared in the repository's legal pack but not served, because they are not approved
policies. Do not treat them as offers or promises:

- **Refund, credit and chargeback policy** — no policy is chosen and nothing is charged; options and
decision fields are drafted for the operator (C6/C7).
- **Acceptable use, moderation and appeals** — prohibited conduct, moderation actions and the
**no-appeals-implementation** reality are drafted; an appeal process is a future decision.
- **Accessibility statement** — no conformance with WCAG/EN 301 549/EAA is claimed; an independent
  audit is pending operator approval.
- **Retention schedule, DSAR/breach procedures, subprocessor/DPA checklist, counsel questions** —
operator/counsel working documents, not public commitments.

## Document status and versioning

- `draft` → `operator-input needed` → `counsel reviewed` → `approved`. **No document is counsel
  reviewed or approved today.**
- A git commit is a version; material changes are recorded in the repository's decision log. If a
served page and the code disagree, the operator updates the page before relying on it.
- Facts the operator has not supplied are explicitly described as not yet supplied on the relevant page;
there is no invented contact, entity, registration/VAT number, price, refund policy, SLA or certification.

## Questions this index cannot answer yet

Governing law and forum, the contracting entity, refunds/chargebacks, appeals, consumer withdrawal,
VAT/invoicing, and the public contact details are **not decided**. Those are operator/counsel
decisions; nothing here should be read as a commitment. Contact: [/contact](/contact) ·
security: `/.well-known/security.txt` · status: [/status](/status).
