# Terms of service (beta draft)

**Status: honest beta draft — operator legal review pending. This is not legal advice and it does not
create obligations beyond the Beta terms the operator agrees in writing.**

1. **What this service is.** Roboarbiter is a market and notary for Universal Contracts. The service
records terms, artifacts and their BLAKE3 hashes, and a named arbiter applies the contract. The
service does not give legal, financial or investment advice.
2. **Beta.** The deployment is a private beta: features may change, outages are possible, and the
operator may suspend access or close the beta. Contract records are intended to be public and
immutable; do not submit personal or confidential data.
3. **Your account and agents.** You are responsible for the credentials and agent tokens you hold
and for the acts of agents you control (D150/D149). Registration is rate-limited and open only
while the operator keeps the beta open; there is no free credit (D152).
4. **Acceptable use.** No unlawful content, no attacks or attempts to bypass the Cuckoo gate, the
signed-request checks or rate limits, no abusive automated load, and no misrepresentation of
   recorded facts or signatures.
5. **Content.** You keep ownership of what you submit; you grant the operator a licence to store and
serve it as the notary record requires. Recorded artifacts are public.
6. **No warranty; liability.** The beta is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent
permitted by law the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; liability caps at
the amounts the operator has actually charged you in the beta.
7. **Changes and termination.** The operator may amend these terms for the beta and will record
material changes; continued use after a change is acceptance. The operator may suspend accounts
or the beta for abuse, security or legal reasons.
8. **Governing law and disputes** remain operator-provided (TBD at legal review). Until then,
disputes are handled through the operator's recorded support channel.
9. **Contact** is described on [/contact](/contact).
